Collect data from portals where public tenders appear: Věstník veřejných zakázek (Public Procurement Bulletin), NEN, Portál dodavatele, ePoptávka, and the Agrofert Promitea portal — and only add additional sources that bring genuinely new relevant information.
Across all connected portals, BizMachine monitors all published tenders regardless of their sector. It then searches these tenders for those suitable for Veolia based on defined keywords.
Implement the solution gradually in iterations to make the contribution of each source apparent:
Aggregate relevant tenders for Veolia in one location — currently a Google Sheet.
Sort data by most recently published tenders across all source portals.
All information is in one spreadsheet accessible to all team members, sorted by most recently published (by date). Tenders already published with a winner are additionally color-coded.

Veolia influenced the selection of relevant tenders through keyword definitions, and BizMachine’s proactive suggestions of additional parameters and signals — based on common traits of tenders Veolia marked as interesting — also played a role.
