What does BizMachine do?

We are BizMachine – a B2B data & AI company. Our SaaS/DaaS solutions help sales and marketing leaders grow through smart use of data. We operate in CZ and SK, with data coverage across CZ, SK, HU, DE, PL, and expanding further.

What is this role?

It’s a mix of acquisition and account care, but the main focus is acquisition.

Acquisition

  • Developing new business in Slovakia, with a primary focus on the Bratislava region
  • Identifying opportunities and reaching out to decision-makers
  • Managing the full sales process: discovery → demo → solution proposal → negotiation → close
  • Systematic work with the market, segmentation, signals, and your own pipeline

Care / Automotive segment

  • You’ll take over a portion of existing automotive clients across Slovakia
  • Consultative approach: understanding needs, upsell and cross-sell
  • The goal is long-term relationships and growing client value

How do we work in practice?

  • You work remotely from Slovakia – our office is only in Prague
  • Once a month, we all meet in Prague
  • Daily contact online
  • Your manager and mentor will be Petr Šorna, with regular 1:1 online contact, actively helping you in the first months
  • Petr and colleagues from Prague will regularly visit Slovakia for joint client meetings

How do we imagine you?

  • Experience with B2B acquisition sales (min. mid-level)
  • Systematic approach and attention to detail
  • Conceptual thinking and deep understanding of client business
  • Responsibility, drive, and ability to see things through
  • Collaboration as a contractor (IČO / freelance)
  • Experience with SaaS, data, or consultative sales
  • Knowledge of the automotive segment or willingness to become a specialist
